$60-75 depending on location
Personal Training Sydney
We offer 1 on 1 Personal Training Classes. Each class runs for 1hr, and contains exercises specific to your needs. The classes are outdoors but don't necessarily contain endless running. Our focus is to build strength improve your movement but also to give you goals and challenges for you to achieve every class.
What are our classes benefits
- We blend aerobic and strength exercises to cause body fat loss but muscle retention. This is what would be considered muscle tonning
- We also balance hard wholebody exercises with stabilization, stretching and corrective exercise to keep a balance between gains and staying injury free
- We use a variety of training methods and styles to keep each workout fresh
- We can adapt the session to include what you enjoy. This can be anything from sports drills, to timed weights circuits to scenic beach runs or injury rehabilitation
