Beef Salad

Ingredients - Serves 3

  • 3 x 150 grams of steak
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 hard boiled egg
  • lettuce 
  • 1/2 red capsicum
  • 3 tomato
  • 1 lebanese cucumber
  • 1/4  red onion
  • 4 tablespoons of low fat salad dressing
  • 2 small potatos (diced to 1.5cm cubes)
  • teaspoon of dried mixed herbs


  • Add olive oil to pan and turn to medium heat. Add steak and mixed herbs and cook
  • Meanwhile add eggs to a pot and bring to boil for 8 minutes
  • Add diced potatoes and a pinch of salt to seperate pot. Boil for 10 minutes
  • Cut the steak into strips and serve in diced salad ingredients, eggs, potato pieces and salad dressing
