There is a moderate energy content due to the pasta, so if your looking to change the kilojoule content of the meal you can simply reduce or add more pasta to suit. Tuna and Sweet Pea Pasta

Ingredients - Serves 2

  • 3/4 cup of plain pasta
  • 3/4 cup of wholemeal pasta
  • 3/4 cup of sweet peas
  • 1/4 of chopped parsley
  • 1 Tablespoons of Olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Dujon Mustard
  • 200 grams of canned tuna
  • 1/4 red onion

Methods

  • Cook pasta for 10 minutes in a medium pan
  • Meanwhile add onion, peas, olive oil to a pan, cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Add mustard and tuna and cook for a further minute
  • Add pan ingredients to strained pasta
  • Add parsley and serve
