Nutritional Notes:

With next to no sugar,  a high protein content and a healthy 61.1 grams of low GI carbohydrates the White Fish with Asian sauce is a healthy weight loss meal. An "Eat Regularly" 83 out of 100

White Fish with Asian Sauce

Ingredients - Serves 2

  • 400 grams of White Fish
  • 2 small Chillies finely chopped
  • 3 Shallots - finely chopped
  • 2cm piece of Ginger - finely chopped
  • 30 mls of Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 bunch of Bok choy
  • 2 medium stems of broccholi
  • Small handfull of diced Coriander
  • 3/4 cup of Basmatti Rice


  • Preheat ovan to 180 degrees
  • Place fish in aluminium foil and add ginger, chilli, shallots and soy sauce. Cook for 20-25 minutes
  • Meanwhile bring rice to boil with 2 cups of water. Simmer for 15 minutes until tender
  • Add sesame oil, broccholi and bok choy to wok and stir fry until heated
  • Serve
